The ease of implementing 3D
The entrance ramp into DPC is ridiculously easy for small companies. By small, I mean 1-12 employees, independent brands or SMB agents with small brands as clients. And by ridiculous, I mean the ROI is 2-3 depending on the merchandise mix, low inve$tment, and the learning curve not as steep as you might think. I’m not saying it’s easy, but don’t let the unknown keep you from transforming your company & workflow.
I know a few small companies that I have worked with in the past who could benefit greatly but haven’t been able to make the move for whatever reason. I contact them frequently to drum up a conversation and maybe some business. While I have bills to pay just like everyone else, I am DYING to share my DPC knowledge, my passion for 3D, and feed my Helper persona.
It’s not an all-or-nothing proposition either: you can implement DPC in a cadence that you and your employees are comfortable with and still cut costs, be more sustainable, and increase creativity.
