Trade Shows

I’ve been to a LOT of trade shows in my life.

Fabric shows in Paris, Hong Kong and Milan. Leather shows in Florence and Hong Kong. Home Goods shows in Hong Kong and Frankfurt.

PI Apparel in New York was my first Apparel Technology show, and I think it was my favorite (although, the Florence Leather show was pretty amazing…and the steak! And PV had the most amazing paninis…).

The most valuable takeaway was talking to other companies & hearing their challenges, how they surmounted them, and what they changed going forward.

It takes a village!

This is an arena I am truly excited about, so I stepped out of my comfort zone & made sure to meet & reconnect with as many people as I could.

So hello again to Paula Scarpellini-Hocter, Wayne Y. Fan, Melinda K. Miller, Stacy Holt, Ivette LiDale Kort, Lynn Boorady, DIANE FIRSTEN LLC, Samantha Cordoba, Christina Rapa, Sarah Dick, Christian L Harris, Michelle Greenhouse, Giulietta Camarda, Janette Cox, Shannon Moulden, Katherine Schildmeyer, Sue Kagan, MATTHEW HISE.
